I think that you have already seen this, but the Brooklyn Museum has a nice collection of Hunzinger chairs with original upholstery pictured online at:

Also pictured on this page are examples by P.J. Hardy, Henry H. Richardson, and Edward W. Vail.  ...all Victorian.
