victorian lithophanes

Hello--
Does anyone collect Victorian lithophanes? I
recently purchased this beauty at an antique flea market
in the San Francisco area. It is my first purchase
in this area and believe it to be a good one. It is
marked ppm with a number so I believe it is German.
I have come across what appears to be a good reference
book entitled Lithophanes by Margaret Carney. It is
available through Amazon. Does anyone
have experience with this book? Is it a good one to have in the
Victorian library? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update---
Have received the lithophane book and it is a great resource.
It is also coming down in price--around $35 on Amazon.
Highly recommended if you find this artwork from the
victorian era forward to your liking.
