Hi!
We have our house, which is located in Carl Junction, MO (near Joplin, MO), for sale and wanted those of you in the forum to be aware of it.
Our brick Italianate/Chateauesque house was built in 1895 by Harvey R. Chitwood, who had inherited a brick company and owned a bank and an opera house. It is located close to Joplin, MO and features a mother-in-law's suite with a huge walk-in closet. There are two parlors, three full baths and four bedrooms (including the mother-in-law's suite with the walk-in closet) with a potential for five or six bedrooms. There are also two full kitchens.
Carl Junction has one of the top-rated school systems in Missouri and beautiful new junior high (I think it will be done in the Fall) and high schools. The price is $139,900. There are some photos below--more info on the house on historicproperties dot com.
Thanks!
