Renaissance Revival . . . my best guess would be 1865 through 1875.  I believe that some folks call these "drop well" dressers (to describe the lower center portion flanked by the higher drawers).  Your drawer pulls aren't original (at least I would bet good money against them being original).  I couldn't really tell if the finish is original, but it seems a bit shiny (as in, possibly a newer finish).  I don't think that an attribution would be easy...lots of people made these.  Value is tough too...my bet is auction value of $500+...retail in the $750 to $2,000+ range, depending on where you shop.

I agree.  It's a fairly typical Renaissance Revival piece.  It's very attractive.  I do think the finish has been doctored.  The value really depends on the region as well.  Here, these pieces sell very quickly in the $700-$1000 range.  I can think of other regions where it would be a harder sell.  Thanks for sharing this with us.
The drawer pulls are later replacements and not appropriate for the style.  I would source some period ones as I feel they do diminish the overall value a bit.
