A Desk of US House of Representatives/1856

Good time to buy this since the market is soft.  Nice to see that they know who the desk was made for (or I should say who used it), which isn't always the case.
About two years ago I sold a labeled Horner library table to the 'Executive Office of The President' which was placed in the White House.  It was purchased by the US Government for a 1890's period restoration of the 'War Room' which was being undertaken at that time.  I am wondering if the US House of Representatives retained any of these desks / chairs for their own historical purposes or have purchased any after the fact from auctions or collectors.
