hello-
i bought this cast iron nickel plated table at a flea market
in the san francisco bay area approx 1 year ago. the seller stated
it had come from a san francisco victorian mansion
and was used as a vestibule/frt entrance hall calling card
receiver. this makes sense as the piece does not have
a flat top. although recessed, the figural central medallion sticks
up higher then its' outer perimeter. this does not allow a plant
or lamp to be placed in the center. the table has lost some
of the nickel plating but overall is great original condition.
unfortunately, there are no manufacturer marks. has anyone
seen this table before in a trade catalogue? any help in identifying
it would be appreciated. i have been told that it could be bradley
& hubbard but am hesitant to believe this as most b&h items
carry their trademark or seem to marked "pat'd applied for."
i am posting several other item(s) that i have confirmed are b&h
by using the usgov patent search.

I recently purchased something VERY similar to this! It is entirely of brass and doesn't have any markings either! I will need to post pics!
