Locted in Duarte, CA...coincidentally, this is where the last surviving grandchild of the first owners of our house lived. We met him a few years ago...he was born in 1914 and remembered his grandfather (1850-1925...the first owner of our house, pictured as my avatar) quite clearly.
Very nice couch for $999. I'm broke, otherwise I'd be pouncing on it.

Yeah, saw that one. This is actually a relist as it recently didn't sell at that price. Kinda surprises me as you don't see that sofa at that level. At least... historically so.
