No, this settee is typical of turn of the century - 20th century.
what would be a fair asking pric for this settee
I'm not entirely in-touch with the fair asking prices on these, but I would not expect to see a savvy buyer pay more than $250 at auction for something comparable. If the upholstery is not particularly "clean" (nice, attractive, etc) I would knock $100 off of that figure. I have not seen any early 20th century settees like these bringing in big bucks. My best guess for a retail setting with nice upholstery & such would be in the $450 range. Add a pair of side chairs and that might be $750 retail for the group.
