I have a chair I need help identifying

Six years ago I was watching a rerun of the TV show on the Discovery Home channel called "Surprise By Design" and realized a chair they were featuring was identical to one I have.  I'm 99% sure it was Episode No. 6, Season 1, with the original airdate of 7/22/02 and called "A Garden Getaway".  In a remodeled Victorian home in Atlanta, GA, the show's designer was walking with the homeowner towards a back porch to be remodeled when they stopped in the dining room and started examining one of several of these chairs sitting around their dining table. I didn't hear what was being said. However, the paper label on the bottom of the chair they showed was identical. To my dismay, after a move I discovered my label had fallen off. What I can remember of it was that it was from a New York manufacturer, and the date on the label was mid 1800's. I have searched for so long now, tried contacting the channel, host, IT TV series sites, libraries, etc. with no luck and have only seen one photo of a chair so far with this 6-leg construction, but no info included. China import maybe? When I rubbed my fingers over a nail it seem to smell like copper. Surprisingly, it's substantial and very sturdy. ANY info anyone can give me, even if it's just what style it is, would be so very much appreciated.  Thanks!
