"We are pleased to be offering this beautiful replica of a Eastlake Era incise gold highlighted spoon carved marble top stand to you today. This came from overseas within the last 5-10 years—they brought the reproduced tables in for a short while, and the quality of the workmanship from 30 feet away would fool the best of any antique dealer. One would think he just ran into a mint Eastlake Era table. This one dates within the last 10 years, it copies the model from the 1870's right down to the gold and black highlights on the incise carving."

Deja Vu. It would be nice to flip one of those over and see the construction and how easy it is to tell it is a repro.
It looks like it was done well from the pictures. An interesting table with some style and nice details - for less than $500 w/ a nice marble top w/ a profiled edge. For anyone that liked the look, but wasn't hung up about it's age seems like a decent deal for a good looking table. It didn't get any bids/ sell.
